Who we are
Yila Consulting is the product of our Founder, Keiran Dent’s, personal journey in life and leadership. As a young Aboriginal man Keiran found himself lost, searching for meaning – until he found true purpose:
“To be a man my ancestors would be proud of, and my descendants will remember; and to serve humanity, in belief even our smallest acts can leave a legacy.”
Keiran is a Ngarinyin Aboriginal man, senior executive leader, coach to young men and women, and a proud father and husband. Yila, meaning child in Ngarinyin language, reflects Keiran’s desire to honour his ancestral values and lead people, organisations and systems to impact future generations.
